Our Mission

Play and Grow, LLC works with children ages 3-17, and their families, in the home, school and community. By working within the safety and familiarity of the child’s preferred environment, Tuvia serves as the “boots on the ground,” facilitating growth and providing support during the lived experience.

The goal of Play and Grow, LLC is to build healthy foundations to allow child to develop social, emotional, and intellectual capacities. Healthy social-emotional development comes from spontaneous communication between child and caregiver, and nurturing relationships that promote joyful and pleasant engagement.

“For a small child there is no division between playing and learning; between the things he or she does ‘just for fun’ and things that are ‘educational.’ The child learns while living and any part of living that is enjoyable is also play.”
— Penelope Leach
